The train was made in tokyo, japan. It shows signs of frequent use. I will err on the side of caution and call it fair. There are scratches, chips, in the paint and signs of wear on the underside.

The train is in operational condition. These trains have just been removed from long term storage and many appear to have been there since the 70's. Box shows wear.

Please feel comfortable buying my trains. If you are not happy, return it.
