It was one of 500 made by Kmart in japan. It has been painted in Brunswick green black with a little and Parr decals added. On the test track it grumbles but does not move.

This is part of a brass collection procured over time from many sources. That will save you on shipping costs. They ran under penn central and then Conrail until it needs a lube tune-up.
