This is a new ho scale locomotive by Athearn. To say Athearn has succeeded would be an understatement.

It is out of production now. Shipping is free, but sorry, us-only buyers. I bought it new and is still in the original box, never run, foam condition with place included all paper work. With it, model Er's can control six sound functions as well speed and direction.

It is just loaded with great features and Athearn genesis quality. The dcc decoder automatically senses what type of power supply is in use conventional dc or NRA compliant and adapts its functions. An interesting and unusual feature is that it comes with a handheld wireless controller permits use on dc power 6 sound functions if you.

Giving life to all the details are authentic sounds that channeled through a factory installed dcc and soundboard with speakers.
