Details:

Well this is it. Problem was the rear truck and the location it had to be mounted on an SD frame. These were built in the late 70's long before they even made decals for a bicentennial unit.

Its the only model I couldn't build with a stock Athearn fame. So the problem is current to the rear truck and how its mounted to the cut frame. Sp 3197 and 3199 are powered.

Units weren't all even built using same type of frame. The motors haven't been tested so no idea how they run.
