C-4 fair scratched moderate paint loss dented missing parts surface rust. Evidence of heavy use. If we state something is untested that means I have not tested the item so do know its functionality. C-1 junk parts value only.

C-8 like new complete all original no rust missing parts may show effects of being on display and or age have been run. Thousands of ho model motoring items and railroad books are going to be listed also.

C-3 poor requires major repair heavily scratched rust and missing parts. May have minor parts replaced.
