The norfolk western is CDC decoder alone cost I can't get my programmer to recognize anything. It has a cicatrix function only decoder. Staring them at for some reason it is programmed or also has from and rear handrails missing.
It does run but is slow to move and continues slowly. Here are two Bachmann spectrum baby trainmaster. The second one was CDC but it does not function now. I don't know if it is a program issue or not.
