Did he just say quiet. Yes, this pancake motor is quiet. They still may need to be spread open a bit more if. And, I know why it looks so good.
Its as if it was never soldered in the first place. That would not surprise me as these ll pancakes where known, very well known to even run straight from the box when new. It ran great and quiet too. One power lead was cleanly un-soldered from the motor.
It is nearly spotless. I have also cleaned the metal wheels and spread wheel wipers apart for better contact with. After soldering the lead I bench tested it.
Well, as quiet can be when talking about a ll pancake. I have also placed a drop of oil on each motor bearing. It has very few, if any, hours on.
