Details:

The CDC conversion was poorly done and loco does not run. An ohmmeter check indicates a possible open circuit in the motor. The problem appears to be purely electrical and mechanically it is fine. Except for the broken grill guard, body looks brand new.

This looks to be nearly new. There doesn't appear to be any mechanical issues with the drive train based on hand turning mechanism. Straight dc on the motor leads didn't cause to turn.
