There is no manual. The items are untested. Please carefully view all of the images for best condition. There is a loose wire sticking out on the front of loco, and piece metal side loco.
There is sound decoder information in the box, so I am going to assume previous owner put that inside tender or loco. I think there may be more weights near the cab area inside boiler. There may be damaged and or missing parts not mentioned.

Seems there is foam coal that was custom made for the tender. The foam coal has wear, marks, and bends on it as I partially lifted up to see underneath. There is wear, scratches, and paint chips saw on rear of locomotive cab other places these items.
