This is a one of kind Kato amtrak phase 2 F40PH. This was unit 391 phase 3, I removed and descaled with microscale decals into 2 amtrak 263 F40PH. Kato ho scale changed to phase 2 re-numbered cable receptacles and fuel fillers painted in appropriate colors.
