It is equipped with dcc current address 01. In dcc, front and back lights can be controlled perfectly. This is Kato ho-scale alco rs-2 great northern 201 diesel switcher locomotive. Original box is included.

Tested in both dcc and dc it worked great. Sound is not installed. One thing to mention is that in dc mode, the light only works as what ever it was last set dcc.

For instance, if the last time it was run in dcc, front headlight on, then when dc mode, only would turn on. It also runs on conventional dc.
