Made in japan. It really isn't fair to be rated poorly for shipping prices after the fact when you knew exactly what was from start. Happy model railroading.

Used but in as-new condition, I can't see any marks or anything missing broken.

Original packaging had some writing on it, mostly removed and paperwork. Knuckle couplets.
