It should be CDC engine. This locomotive and tender was a part of my late grandfathers collection.

Still has original papers. I tested this train and it has power but due to the possibility of programming, couldn't run.

Looks like new but box has a little wear. As far I know, this train has been opened and taken out of the box possibly programmed but never really used.
