Combines the effective electrical pick-up and traction with each unit added 5. All my testing is currently done on an electrified 3-foot straight track section. Each adds to the improved functionality of lash-up.

No factory boxes are included. More smooth pulling power for tight-radius layouts 15 and 18 where a long single locomotive can't go. What an mu harness is, and why I installed them on vintage dc model's the allows each powered unit to share electrical pickup across entire lash-up.

I also use electrified bearing stands to check wheel wobble on drive axles. Provides stable power supply to all power-trucks despite dead spots on track switches, crossings, etc 2.

Provides smooth matching low-speed starts and pulling power across all powered units Lightly lubricated all gears and axles. Reduced strain on electric motors by distributing the load. I currently have no layout to test model performance, durability, or pulling power.

How well these model's perform may vary depending on the quality of layout construction. With over 45 years of experience in this hobby, I am willing to help, if able. Individual motored units can be added or removed as load demands, and run individually.
