It has dual brass fly wheels. I will only ship to Canada and the lower 48 us states.

They are included in the plastic box to protect them from damage. The only parts that need to be installed by model Lear are front and rear handrails drop steps. I tested it on a 6 foot length of straight flex track using roller auto pulse trans amp 1 dc power pack from 1979 and ran smooth quiet.
